Eating or consuming food that are high in sugar or too much consumption of soda and fruit juices can be bad for your oral hygiene. Water is one of the most important things that should be consumed to promote healthy oral hygiene, as well as fresh fruits, vegetables, grains and chicken. Tooth decay and wearing down of teeth enamel is caused by foods that are highly acidic, therefore it is advisable to stay away from those types of food in order to maintain a healthy oral hygiene.
